Pilates is for every body
Whether you have never worked out a day in your life or you are an athlete Pilates is for you. Maybe you feel like you are ready for a change, have a “bad back”, or someone recommended it as an alternative to surgery, Pilates is for you. If you’re tall, short, big, small, worried, excited, Pilates is for YOU! One thing most people don’t know about Pilates: it has roots in Physical Therapy, yoga, martial arts and was originally designed by Joseph Pilates as a method to help the immobile relearn how to move.

Intro Package Three introductory sessions introduce clients new to Pilates with the basic concepts and approach to the system. In these first three sessions a foundation is established and the mind-body-spirit connection is made.
Private Sessions A circuit class of Pilates apparatus using the Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair and mat work for a challenging workout in alignment and with attention to individual needs.
Semi Private Sessions A duo or trio session for intermediate/advanced level clients with a focus on flow and transitions.
Group Reformer Session Three person session, using the reformers spring resistance and pulleys to engage and support the body through a variety of movements in sequence.
Monthly Membership* Two private sessions per week. Practicing Pilates is just like learning anything, consistency is key and practice makes perfect. Feel the results with two times per week; increased flexibility, endurance and coordination. All levels welcome.
*Must complete the 2 sessions per week within four weeks, sessions expire after four weeks and no refunds. Automatic credit card payment each month.
